Here we go again. And this year, it's going to be BIGGER, BADDER, and honestly probably more ridiculous.
If you are new to Speed Puzzling, here are the rules! You will sign up as a team of two or four. Teams of two will get a 500-piece puzzle, and teams of four will get a 750-piece puzzle. They will be wrapped on a table when you arrive. Once everyone is settled, we will do a countdown, then it. is. ON. Whoever can finish the puzzle fastest, wins!
Last year, we raised $1,000 for Habitat for Humanity. This year...can we...double it!?!?!?!
Please arrive at the Community Center (400 Riverside Ave, Dolores, CO 81323) promptly at 6:15pm so we can start by 6:30!
Cost of participation is $50 for teams of two, and $100 for teams of 4, with all proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity of Montezuma County.
Light bites and refreshments will be provided throughout the event. Teams can take their puzzles home at the end of the night! Spectators are welcome to watch the festivities for free.
There will be prizes for the teams who come in first, second, and third place in the 500 & 750-piece puzzle competitions. There will also be special prizes for the team who comes in the best costume!
